By downloading or using the app, these terms automatically apply to you. You should read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract source code, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to PlayBlocks.

PlayBlocks is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, PlayBlocks reserves the right to make changes to the app or to charge for services, at any time and for any reason. You will never be charged for the app or its services without clear notice of what you are paying for.

The One Block: Puzzle Adventure app stores and processes personal data that you provide, to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and app access secure. Do not jailbreak or root your phone, as it may make your device vulnerable and may cause the app to stop working properly.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Unity

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. PlayBlocks is not responsible for reduced functionality when internet access is unavailable.

If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider's terms still apply. You may be charged for data usage, including roaming charges.

PlayBlocks is not responsible for the way you use the app. You must ensure your device remains charged and operational.

Although every effort is made to keep the app accurate and up to date, PlayBlocks relies on third parties for information and accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on app functionality.

The app may be updated over time. Requirements for Android and iOS may change, and updates may be required to continue use. PlayBlocks does not promise perpetual updates or compatibility and may stop providing the app at any time without notice.
